Orders placed before 1 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

Subscription orders will be shipped on the day the payment leaves your account. When this falls on a Friday, please allow extra time to receive your parcel.

 

We ship all parcels via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, depending on the selected service. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number, and the status of your order will be updated to “dispatched.”

 

Although we strive to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, please note that we have no control over the parcel once it’s with the postal service. We kindly ask that you allow up to 4 days for delivery. If you have not received your goods after this time, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter for you.

UNWANTED ITEMS

If you change your mind after you buy from our website you can return your item for a refund within 14 days providing the product is in sealed and unused condition.

 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return of any e-liquid unless the product is faulty.

 

To return an item, please contact us to initiate the returns process. We recommend that you choose a tracked or signed shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely. Please retain your proof of postage in case of any problems. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

FAULTY ITEMS

We’re always here to help so if you are having any problems with a product then don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help resolve any problems you may be facing.

 

If, however, you feel the product is faulty you can return it to us for inspection within the 6 month warranty period. Please contact us to initiate this return process and provide as much detail as possible about the fault. Returning faulty items is at the customer’s expense, however, we will refund this cost if a fault is found.
