Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions. If you don’t see an answer you need then please get in touch with us using the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Shipping & Returns
We offer free delivery for orders that total more than £40 and charge a flat rate of £3.90 for orders below this value. We use Royal Mail Tracked to ship all of our parcels to ensure you can track or change your delivery slot. How we determine which tracked service is set out below.

There may be times when we upgrade your service, but this is at our discretion and not guaranteed.Â
We ship all orders that are placed before 1pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) on the same day. The length of time it takes for you to receive your delivery will depend on the Royal Mail Tracked service we have selected, as set out in the above tab.
Tracked 24 Delivery in 1-2 days
Tracked 48 Delivery in 2-3 days
Please note that this is a guideline only. Once we have handed your parcel over to Royal Mail we have no control over its journey. During busy postal periods and public holidays you may experience a delay.
We do our best to ensure all orders are received within the time frame given, but sometimes things get lost after we have shipped them.
If you haven’t received your order after 3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to locate your parcel. You can also use the tracking number provided to check on your parcels journey, in case it’s accidentally been delivered to a neighbour or put in a safe place.
If we can’t locate your parcel, then we will ship a new order out as quickly as possible.
Missing Items
Ordinarily your order will be checked twice by 2 separate people before it’s dispatched to ensure everything is correct. Very occasionally it may only be checked by 1 person or something slips through and we miss a product.
We take photographs of the contents of every parcel and retain this image for 14 days, post delivery. If you find something is missing then please get in touch within this time frame and we will refer back to our image to establish if a mistake has been made (we’re only human!). If we establish anything has been missed off prior to shipping then we will get your remaining items out to you as quickly as possible.
Claims after 14 days will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
We do not ship items that are damaged without asking for your consent prior to shipping. If you find an item has been damaged during transit then please get in touch and we will seek to resolve this as best we can. But please understand that we cannot be held responsible for postal service failures outside of our control.
If we establish damage has occurred due to insufficient packaging then we will replace your order as quickly as we can. If the order is damaged by the postal service you will be able to make a claim with them and we can help you in this process. All Royal Mail Tracked services offer compensation up to the value of £150.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that doesn’t appear damaged but is faulty, then please get in touch as soon as possible and we will work with you to get this resolved. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for more information on faulty items.
We hope that you won’t need to, but you can return your order to us for a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. Once we have received your items back and have confirmed that they are in the original condition they were shipped in and unopened, we will initiate a full refund.
Please note that your refund will include your original shipping costs, but you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us. Please ensure you select an appropriate shipping service and retain proof of postage in case the items are lost in transit.

We always hope this will never happen, but sometimes we mess up.
If you’ve received products that are different to the ones you have purchased then please get in touch. We take a photograph of every order before shipping, so we will be able to check if the items received are different to the ones we have shipped and get your replacement products out to you as quickly as possible. Photographs are retained for 14 days post delivery, so please get in touch within this time frame.
We do not accept claims for missing items after 14 days have passed.
