From 29th October 2026 the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 has banned all use of vending machines. Unfortunately, even though no money is exchanged at our lockbox and we conduct age verification at website checkout, our service is still considered as unstaffed vending. This means that we can no longer offer local lockbox collection with immediate effect. We are very sorry that it has come to this, but sadly there was no work around to this rule, and it leaves us open to prosecution if we continue to operate our lockers.
