Lockbox Collection
We offer a local click and collect lockbox service for customers in the CM9 postcode.
Using this service couldn’t be easier. Simply follow the instructions below to enjoy this service.
- Add your items to your basket and go through to checkout.
- Select ‘Lockbox’ as your shipping option.
- Select a date and time you would like to collect (please see details below)
- Complete your order.
Shortly before your allocated slot time we will notify you of the locker number and your unique 4 digit code. Simply enter this into the keypad on that locker and turn the handle to unlock it.
** Please remember to close the door and turn the handle back to a locked position when you are finished **
Collection Times (Monday – Wednesday – Friday only)
Morning Slot: 10am – 2pm (8 slots available each day)
Evening Slot: 5pm – 9pm (8 slots available each day)
*Slots can be chosen up to 7 days in advance
